This intensive is for designers who are tired of being “almost there,” whether you’re building your first portfolio or sharpening your professional visual game.
Led by Jaren Dorman (Von Holzhausen, Zellerfeld, LeManoosh), this two-week experience takes you beyond tutorials with live instruction, expert critique, and focused 1-on-1 guidance so you can design, present, and think like a pro.

Common Questions
Which group should I join?
"Footwear Student" is meant for those new to Blender or 3D. We cover the essentials in Blender to get you making at lightning speed.
"Advanced Student" is made for those familiar with Blender workflows or those more confident in the 3D pipeline. The advanced track is less focused on footwear design and more focused on parametric workflows in texturing and modeling.
What is the format and schedule?
The sessions are conducted live twice a week on Monday and Friday starting February 9th - March 6th, for 1.5 hours each session. Starting at 11am EST / 4pm CET.
Will the sessions be live?
Yes they are live on a Google Meets call.
Are there lesson videos to watch?
Yes you will gain access to specialized lesson videos to watch leading up to the intensive and during the period of the intensive.
Will the sessions be recorded?
Yes all session are recorded and provided to students for later viewing.
Is there a curriculum to follow?
Yes, upon purchase you will gain access to a course curriculum to follow.
Do you offer one-on-one time?
Yes, through the Student+ option you can book time with Jaren Dorman to talk through the lessons or your own work.
Do I need experience in Blender?
Prior Blender experience is not required but is always helpful. The content is meant to be given and then studied after the session is over if needed.
Can I meet with Jaren one-on-one outside of the intensive?
We are working on releasing a mentorship subscription which includes one-on-one time, feedback, collaboration and more for those looking for longer-term support.
